May 9th – Today I travelled to Leicester for a meeting. I go there reasonably frequently, and always take my bike. I love cycling round that city, it’s roads seem much more bike-freindly than those locally. There are a lot of students here, and apart from the odd numpty, the traffic seems a bit more understanding, too. Potholes pretty bad, though…
